Your Role:
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to find the right companies, reach out, and book discovery calls for our founders. You are the engine of our growth.
What you'll do:
→ Research and build lists of target companies (US/UK/EU Series A–C startups)
→ Send personalised outreach via LinkedIn and email
→ Follow up consistently with prospects
→ Book 18–20 qualified demo calls per month
→ Use tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
→ Report weekly on outreach activity and pipeline
What we're looking for:
→ 1–3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience
→ Excellent written English — you'll be writing to US/UK executives
→ Self-starter who can work independently
→ Familiarity with EOR, staffing, HR tech, or SaaS is a big plus
→ Experience with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly) preferred
