Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) – IT Services & Product Sales
Location: Onsite – QAble Office, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–6 Years (Junior / Senior levels available)

Shift: Flexible (Night shift required for US market coverage)
About the Role
We are hiring Sales Development Representatives at multiple levels to drive outbound sales for our IT services, QA solutions, and in-house/partner software products across domestic and international markets (US, UK, and beyond). The role is ideal for high-energy, target-driven sales professionals who thrive in cold outreach, lead generation, and pipeline building. Senior candidates will additionally take ownership of ABM strategy and mentor junior SDRs.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in India, US, UK, and other international markets
- Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, Founders)
- Generate qualified leads and opportunities for IT services, QA solutions, and software products
- Schedule discovery meetings, product demos, and follow-up calls for the sales team
Account Research & Targeting
- Research target industries, accounts, and key personas
- Build and manage account lists using an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach (Senior level)
- Stay updated on product features, use cases, competitor landscape, and industry trends
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho)
- Track activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics
- Consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects through the funnel
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner with marketing for campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies
- Coordinate with product and delivery teams for tailored pitches
- Continuously refine scripts, outreach sequences, and conversion playbooks
- (Senior level) Mentor junior SDRs, share best practices, and drive process improvements
Requirements
Must-Have
- 1–6 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation / SaaS Sales
- Strong English communication and verbal skills (global client exposure essential)
- Proven comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and rejection
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and discipline
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Willingness to work in night shifts for US market coverage (when required)
Good-to-Have
- Background in IT services, QA, software testing, or SaaS products
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and pipeline ownership
- Exposure to international markets (US/UK)
- Ability to explain technical software products to non-technical buyers
- Mentorship or team leadership experience (for senior candidates)
