Role Overview
We are looking for a hungry, execution focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel Kapittx’s sales pipeline. This is a frontline role for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and creating high quality opportunities for the sales team. If you’re excited about fintech, SaaS, and selling into CFO and finance personas, and want to grow fast in a startup, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Research and identify target accounts and key decisionmakers (CFOs, Controllers, Finance Heads)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer intent
- Set up discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Execute structured outbound campaigns and follow ups
- Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in CRM
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly meeting / pipeline targets
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in BDR / SDR / Inside Sales role
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or software sales preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High energy, resilience, and willingness to handle rejection
- Strong research, prospecting, and followup skills
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, targetdriven startup environment
Added Advantage
- Experience generating leads for the US market
- Familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, sequencing
- tools, etc.)
- Exposure to selling fintech, ERP, or finance automation solutions
Education
BBA / MBA in Sales and Marketing
