Role Description
We're hiring a driven SDR to own our outbound pipeline generation. You'll be the first touchpoint for prospects, responsible for identifying the right contacts, sparking conversations, and booking qualified demos for our Account Executives. You'll work US hours (or US-aligned shifts) and target – digital / performance marketers, eCommerce managers, and growth leaders at US-based D2C brands.
• Run high-volume, personalized cold calling campaigns targeting US-based eCommerce prospects during US business hours.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) defined with the sales team.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot or equivalent) and report on outreach performance weekly.
• Collaborate with the Founding team to align messaging across campaigns and experiment with new outreach playbooks.
Qualifications
•2–4 years of SDR or BDR experience with a proven track record of booking meetings and generating pipeline in the US market.
• Prior experience selling into MarTech, eCommerce SaaS, or related B2B software — you understand how DTC brands think and what moves them.
• Excellent spoken English — you can hold your own on a cold call with a US prospect
• Experience with cold calling tools (Aircall, Dialpad, or equivalent). Comfort working in a US time zone overlap — typically late afternoon to midnight IST.
