Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Sector 68, Noida
Shift Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday- Friday)
Role Overview:
A Business Development Representative (BDR) identifies, engages, and qualifies potential clients to create new business opportunities. This role focuses on hunting prospects, building a strong pipeline, and scheduling meetings with the Business Development team for further conversion.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
• Hunt and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
• Connect with decision-makers and initiate business conversations
• Qualify prospects based on hiring needs and business potential
• Engage and nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups
• Schedule meetings with the Business Development team
• Share relevant client insights to support further conversion
Core Responsibilities (BDR Function):
• Prospecting: Research and identify target companies and decision-makers
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on requirements, interest, and fit
• Nurturing: Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects
• Meeting Booking: Coordinate meetings with the Business Development team
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–6 years of experience in IT Staffing / Business Development
• Strong expertise in prospecting and outbound outreach
• Hands-on experience with tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills across calls, emails, and social platforms
• Strong research and prospecting abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling rejections
