Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)
π’ Work Mode: Work From Office

Schedule: 6 Days/Week

Work Hours: Aligned with US Time Zones
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β
Call and qualify inbound leads from platforms like Google LSA, Thumbtack, and website inquiries
β
Convert leads into scheduled site visits and confirmed jobs
β
Follow up with leads via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp
β
Understand customer requirements and provide the right solutions
β
Coordinate with internal teams for quotes and communication
β
Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho preferred)
β
Handle objections and close deals efficiently
β
Upsell additional services such as landscaping and seasonal cleanups

What Weβre Looking For
β 1β3 years of experience in sales / tele-sales / lead conversion
β Strong English communication skills
β Comfortable making 50β100 calls per day
β Experience using CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
β Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
