Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will drive outbound sales, generate qualified meetings, and build strong pipelines by engaging with North American brands. This role requires strong research skills, personalized outreach, and a data-driven sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Research & Market Intelligence
• Identify high-potential American brands using tools like SmartScout, Helium10, Keepa, and Amazon analytics
• Analyze brand performance, pricing gaps, and marketplace opportunities using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Personalized Outreach & Lead Generation
• Craft and send highly personalized outreach emails to brand owners and decision-makers
• Demonstrate deep research and understanding before initiating conversations
Meeting Generation
• Book 3 qualified meetings per day with potential brand partners
Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with operations teams to support onboarding and marketplace growth
CRM Management
• Maintain 100% CRM accuracy by updating leads, interactions, and meeting notes daily
Key Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Experience in SaaS / Tech / Agency sales preferred
• Exposure to North American clients is a strong advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong research mindset and ability to personalize outreach
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflow
