Role Description As a Business Development Representative at Digital Jobwala, you will drive growth by identifying and engaging prospective employer clients and digital marketing professionals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik. You will research and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present Digital Jobwala’s platform and services to decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on inbound and outbound leads, scheduling product demos, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging and offerings. You will also gather feedback from clients, track performance against targets, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record in meeting or exceeding revenue or client acquisition targets.
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing or HR/recruitment ecosystem is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM and sales productivity tools, plus basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
