Job Summary:-
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Client Outreach & Engagement:
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively
Email Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute outbound email campaigns
• Create structured multi-touch follow-up sequences
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:
• Drive outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, cold emails, and research-based outreach
Account Research & Personalization:
• Research target companies, industries, and CRM usage
• Personalize outreach based on insights and business needs
Pipeline & Meeting Generation:
• Generate qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate discovery calls and ensure smooth handover
Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing:
• Execute structured follow-ups to improve response rates
• Nurture leads until they are sales-ready
Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Share insights to improve strategies
CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate data in CRM tools
• Track leads, outreach, and pipeline progress
Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
• Contribute to outreach strategies and messaging improvements
Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
Skills:-
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Basic understanding of business development strategies
• SaaS sales exposure (preferred)
• Salesforce exposure (big plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
