Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Associate will engage in identifying new business opportunities, conducting research to support decision-making, building relationships with potential partners, and supporting fundraising efforts. Additionally, the role requires proactive collaboration with various teams to implement strategies for business growth and expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships
• Proven Analytical Skills and adeptness in data interpretation for strategic decision-making
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and partners
• Experience in Fundraising and Research to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a business development or sales role will be an added advantage
