About Routcore
Routcore is the AI automation practice of Flowfiy. We design and build custom AI systems that take over the work a business repeats every day: processing bills and documents, invoicing and payment reminders, reports, order updates, onboarding, support questions and enquiry follow-ups.
Each system is built around the client's own process and the tools they already use, such as email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and their CRM. Our clients are business owners who want to grow without adding headcount. See flowfiy.com/routcore.
The role
We are hiring a remote Business Development Representative to win new clients for Routcore through LinkedIn. You own the full sales cycle: find the right decision-makers, start the conversation, run the calls and close the deal.
This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary. Our deals are high-ticket, ₹80,000 to ₹3,00,000 each, so every client you close pays well.
What you'll do
- Build targeted prospect lists on LinkedIn: founders, CEOs and directors of businesses whose teams do a lot of repetitive manual work.
- Send personalised connection requests and messages every day. No copy-paste spam.
- Follow up consistently until you get a clear yes or no.
- Book and run discovery calls to understand how the prospect's team works today and where their time goes.
- Pitch the right Routcore system, handle objections and close the deal.
- Work with the founders on scoping and the proposal for each prospect.
- Keep the lead tracker updated with every conversation and next step.
Targets and daily reporting
The target is 3 new clients closed every month.
You send a work report to the founders at 7:00 PM IST on every working day. It covers:
- Prospects contacted and connection requests sent
- Replies received and conversations in progress
- Calls booked and calls completed
- Deals in the pipeline and the next step on each
- Your plan for the next day
Compensation
You earn 8% to 10% of the deal value on every client you close. Deals range from ₹80,000 to ₹3,00,000.
Hitting the target of 3 clients a month works out to between ₹19,200 and ₹90,000 a month, depending on deal sizes. Commission is paid once the client's payment is received.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in B2B sales or LinkedIn outreach, ideally selling services such as software, IT, marketing or automation.
- A record of closing deals yourself, not only booking meetings for someone else.
- Confidence speaking with founders and directors about how their business runs.
- Clear written and spoken English. Hindi is a plus.
- Self-discipline. Nobody will chase you, and your daily report shows your work.
- An active LinkedIn profile, a laptop and a reliable internet connection. LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus.
- Interest in AI and automation. We train you on what Routcore builds.
Work setup
- Location: fully remote.
- Schedule: 6 days a week.
- Reporting to: the two co-founders, Ayush Saha and Yaswanth Alok.
- What we give you: our capabilities overview, call scripts and an answer sheet for the questions clients ask most.
How to apply
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 93946 59992 starting with "BDR application, Routcore" and include:
- Your LinkedIn profile link
