Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development + Recruitment Intern who can help us connect with companies, collect hiring requirements, post jobs, reach candidates, and manage candidate pipelines through Hyrescope.
This role is suitable for someone who wants to learn business development, recruitment, client communication, and hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to companies, HR teams, founders, and hiring managers.
- Identify companies that are actively hiring.
- Collect hiring requirements and job descriptions from clients.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Source and reach out to relevant candidates.
- Guide candidates to apply through the Hyrescope platform.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and AI interview process.
- Maintain candidate and client pipeline updates.
- Share verified candidate profiles and screening reports with the internal team.
- Follow up with clients and candidates professionally.
- Maintain daily activity reports and updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or hiring process.
- Ability to use LinkedIn and job portals.
- Comfortable with outreach messages, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good ownership and discipline.
