Job description:
A proactive freelance Business Development Executive to generate and qualify client requirement for a recruitment agency focused on Tech roles .
Primary outreach channels: cold calling, and LinkedIn.
Goal: Generate meetings and pipeline for client empanelment
Responsibilities
- Target via cold calls , email, LinkedIn to decision makers (Head of Data, CTO, Hiring Manager).
- Appointment setting with decision makers to discuss further for empanelment
- qualify hiring needs, timelines, budget, and decision process; update CRM/Google Sheet
- provide weekly pipeline updates, activity metrics, and insights on messaging performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of B2B sales experience preferably from recruitment/staffing industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with decision makers and build relationship
Compensation and contract
- Model: base retainer + performance incentives .
- Retainer fees - 10K monthly + incentives
- Job Types: Part-time, Work from home, Freelance
- Working hours - 12 -15 hours per week
