Hiring: Business Development – AI Products (Individual Contributor) | US Market
We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development professional to join our growing AI business team. If you have a strong enterprise network, experience selling AI/SaaS solutions, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we’d love to connect.
Role: Business Development – AI Products (IC Role)
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Market Focus: United States (with exposure to India market preferred)
Work Timing: Overlapping US time zones
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the complete enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure
- Engage with CXOs, VPs, and enterprise stakeholders through demos, presentations, and solution discussions
- Understand business challenges and position AI/automation solutions aligned to measurable outcomes
- Build and manage strong relationships with enterprise accounts and key decision-makers
- Lead proposals, commercials, negotiations, and contract closures independently
- Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Stay updated with AI trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market insights
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Strong background in selling:
- AI/ML Products
- SaaS Platforms
- RPA / Automation Solutions
- Proven experience selling into the US market
- Strong network with enterprise companies and US-based decision-makers
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on understanding of current AI products and market trends
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, incentive-driven setup
