Role Description
This full-time remote role of Business Development Principal involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing strategic proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and executing business development strategies, analyzing financial data, and managing strategic programs to support growth objectives. As a Business Development Principal, you will contribute to the expansion and success of EsyConnect’s offerings in the recruitment and talent management space.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Development and Proposal Writing skills to generate and present impactful business strategies and opportunities.
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Finance, with the ability to assess market trends, forecast growth, and analyze financial data for better decision-making.
- Experience with Program Management to effectively plan, execute, and oversee strategic initiatives and operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Adaptability to remote work environments with excellent time management and self-motivation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
