Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify new industries, segments, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead-generation campaigns, events, and webinars.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business objectives and position relevant Dynamics solutions.
- Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations and value propositions.
Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Work closely with Sales to analyze client requirements and design tailored solution recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC, F&O, CE, Power Platform).
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, business proposals, solution architecture overviews, and capability documents.
- Coordinate with technical, functional, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or demo environments to showcase product capabilities.
- Support scoping activities, estimation, and pre-project planning.
- Provide competitive analysis and positioning strategies during the sales process.
Collaboration & Internal Enablement
- Work with internal teams to refine solution offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Train internal sales teams on Microsoft Dynamics features, updates, licensing, and positioning.
- Contribute to the development of reusable pre-sales assets, templates, and pitch decks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-15 years of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics or ERP/CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of at least one Microsoft Dynamics module (D365 BC, F&O, CE, NAV, AX, GP).
- Experience in managing full sales cycles and performing discovery sessions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solution narratives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
