Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Executive / Sales Partner who can help us acquire new clients and bring in IT projects. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals with strong networks or experience in IT sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate leads for mobile app and web development projects
• Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, and other channels
• Understand client requirements and convert leads into projects
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for project discussions
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements• Proven experience in IT sales, freelancing platforms, or lead generation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and close deals
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork is a plus
Compensation• Commission-based
