Role Overview:
Your core responsibility is simple - bring in the right clients and help close them successfully. This is not just about outreach. This is about understanding client needs, building trust, and converting conversations into long-term business relationships.
What You Will Do:
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and position our services effectively
- Handle follow-ups with intent and consistency
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding after closing
- Focus on quality clients who bring long-term value
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone who is hungry for growth, not stability
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and still stay consistent
- A mindset of ownership, not dependency
