Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position as a Business Development Partner at Vystiqk Solutions. The role involves developing and executing strategic partnerships to drive business growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the analytics and data solutions space. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing business development projects, and contributing to overall company strategy. Daily tasks may also involve providing leadership in client engagements, delivering tailored solutions, and conducting sales and training activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Leadership Development and Training skills to inspire teams and effectively guide others
• Proven ability in Project Management and Consulting to manage complex workflows and partner with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in Sales with a focus on developing client relationships and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, or a related field is preferred
