Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Partner located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth. This role involves collaborating with teams to implement initiatives, delivering impactful presentations, and identifying client needs. The Business Development Partner will also play a key role in negotiating contracts and driving sales outcomes aligned with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Create customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal strategy and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for prospects.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM tools.
- Support revenue growth by contributing to new business opportunities and client retention.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development within a digital marketing or related industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing services and client servicing processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal creation is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in business development within a digital marketing, martech, or advertising agency domain is mandatory.
Compensation:
- Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and fit).
