About The Role:
We are looking for a BD & Outreach Specialist who's genuinely hands-on, someone who has personally run outreach campaigns, worked with automation tools, and can build a pipeline from scratch rather than inherit one.
This is not a management role. It's an execution-first role with real strategic ownership. You'll work directly with the founders, help define our outreach approach, and be the person who actually makes it work, day in, day out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and run B2B outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email, targeting industries and verticals where ATZA can add clear value.
- Build and maintain outreach sequences with structured follow-ups; no lead left cold by accident.
- Identify and reach out to YouTubers(International), Startups and brands across domestic and Western markets (US, UK, EU, Australia).
- Own CRM hygiene, maintain accurate pipeline data, lead stages, and activity logs so nothing falls through.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse response data, and optimise messaging based on what's actually working.
- Qualify warm leads effectively and hand them over conversation, ready for closing.
- Document outreach SOPs and best practices, building the playbook as you go, not after.
- Be tech savvy & proactively bring new tools, techniques, and trends to the team, we want someone who stays ahead of what's possible.
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years of hands-on B2B outreach or business development experience - agency, SaaS, or services background preferred.
- Personal experience running campaigns on tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Instantly, PhantomBuster, or similar tools. Not just awareness but actual usage.
- Ability to write compelling outreach copy independently: subject lines, connection messages, follow-up sequences.
- Comfortable working with international clients and understanding cultural nuances across markets.
- Has built / documented outreach SOPs before or is confident doing it for the first time here.
