AIRnDLab is an emerging AI-focused EdTech initiative working towards empowering students and institutions with practical Artificial Intelligence skills through workshops, internships, and real-world learning programs.
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and confident individuals based in Ajmer and Kanpur who can help us expand our presence by connecting with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes.
This is a field + calling role, where you will directly interact with institutions and play a key role in bringing business for AIRnDLab.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Call schools, colleges, and institutes for workshop pitching
- 🧑💼 Connect with Principals, Coordinators, and Management
- 📧 Share workshop details via Email/WhatsApp
- 🔁 Follow up with interested institutions
- 📊 Maintain daily report of outreach and responses
- 🤝 Convert leads into confirmed workshops / collaborations
🎯 Performance Expectations
- 40–60 calls per day
- 2–5 meetings scheduled per week
- Target-based conversions
👤 Who Can Apply?
- Based in Ajmer or Kanpur
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with on-ground visits + calling
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business roles
💰 Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed Stipend: ₹3,000/month
- Incentives: ₹2,000–₹5,000 per successful conversion
💡 You can earn upto ₹10,000–₹25,000/month
