About us
The Schedio is a creative strategy and design studio working with brands across e-commerce, D2C, services, and growth-stage businesses. We handle brand identity, content production, paid ads, and growth strategy for clients across multiple industries. We're growing fast and we need someone who can build and run our outbound pipeline so we can focus on delivering great work.
What you'll be doing
You'll own our outbound sales and lead generation. Building prospect lists, writing and sending cold email campaigns, following up, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and the person responsible for keeping our pipeline full.
Day-to-day this means researching and building targeted prospect lists, writing and executing cold email sequences, managing follow-ups across multiple campaigns simultaneously, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, booking and briefing calls for the founders, tracking pipeline activity and reporting weekly on results, and continuously testing and improving messaging based on what's working.
What we're looking for
You should have at least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation. Ideally in a creative, marketing, or agency environment. You should know how to write a cold email that actually gets opened and replied to. Experience with cold email tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Apollo is a strong plus.
You need to be organised, persistent, and thick-skinned. Rejection is part of the job and we need someone who treats it as data, not discouragement. Strong written English is non-negotiable. You'll be representing the studio in every message you send.
Familiarity with The Schedio's service areas. Branding, content, paid ads, growth strategy will help you write more compelling outreach and qualify leads better.
What we offer
₹30,000/month fixed, fully remote, and a direct line to the founders. If you can build a pipeline that converts, there's a clear path to a performance-based incentive structure on top of the base salary.
