Location : Mumbai
Odd Not Even is a design-led apparel and merchandise brand working with startups, agencies, creator companies, restaurants, and modern brands to create merch people actually want to wear.
We’re looking for someone to help us grow our B2B division through smart outbound outreach and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential brands and decision-makers
- Build lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Send personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude for research and personalization
- Track conversations and follow-ups in Notion/Apollo
- Generate qualified meetings and leads
Requirements:
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Good internet research ability
- High ownership and proactive mindset
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Interest in branding, startups, marketing, or culture
Tools:
Apollo, Notion, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Google Sheets
Bonus:
Experience in sales, agencies, D2C, or outbound outreach.
