Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Operations Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, analyzing business data to identify growth opportunities, and driving sales strategies. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to streamline processes, build client relationships, and optimize business performance to achieve organizational goals.
Experience: 7+ Years
Must have experience in IT Offshore sales and marketing.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Multi-tasking
Must be a good team player
Must have proven experience of Managing the Business Development Team. This will include evaluating their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with upper management. We will also confirm the reporting structure, understanding to whom they will be reporting.
Must have experience in defining the team targets and they must have proven experience of achieving the targets as well
Must have proven experience of actively participating in the design of sales strategies and forecasting.
Must have proven experience of Managing a total team management experience of over 10 team members.
Flexible in time manage international leads
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Providing management with reports and feedback
A strategy focused on Business Development activities
Build long-term relationships with new customers
Focus on repeat business while attracting new clients
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Target driven profile, must achieve personal and team targets
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and identifying trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to optimize business processes and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to maximize investments and optimize expenditures.
- Expertise in Sales strategies, market analysis, and client acquisition to drive business growth.
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and ensure project efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Prior experience in a business development or operations management role is desirable.
