Role Description
The Business Development Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies to drive revenue, and managing operational processes to ensure efficiency. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, establishing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing budgets and resources, and collaborating with multiple departments to align business strategies with operational execution. Strong leadership and analytical skills will be key to success in this role.
Experience: 7+ Years
Must have experience in IT Offshore sales and marketing.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Multi-tasking
Must be a good team player
Must have proven experience of Managing the Business Development Team. This will include evaluating their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with upper management. We will also confirm the reporting structure, understanding to whom they will be reporting.
Must have experience in defining the team targets and they must have proven experience of achieving the targets as well
Must have proven experience of actively participating in the design of sales strategies and forecasting.
Must have proven experience of Managing a total team management experience of over 10 team members.
Flexible in time manage international leads
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Providing management with reports and feedback
A strategy focused on Business Development activities
Build long-term relationships with new customers
Focus on repeat business while attracting new clients
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Target driven profile, must achieve personal and team targets
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Operations Management to evaluate business performance and optimize processes
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience in Budgeting to manage and allocate resources effectively
- Sales expertise to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in technology consulting or software development industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
