Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Operations Manager located in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the business development team, developing strategies to drive growth, and ensuring alignment with market trends. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing sales processes, analyzing data to improve decision-making, coordinating team activities to meet targets, and managing budgets effectively. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business goals and operational execution, fostering collaboration across teams.
Experience: 7+ Years
Must have experience in IT Offshore sales and marketing.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Multi-tasking
Must be a good team player
Must have proven experience of Managing the Business Development Team. This will include evaluating their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with upper management. We will also confirm the reporting structure, understanding to whom they will be reporting.
Must have experience in defining the team targets and they must have proven experience of achieving the targets as well
Must have proven experience of actively participating in the design of sales strategies and forecasting.
Must have proven experience of Managing a total team management experience of over 10 team members.
Flexible in time manage international leads
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Providing management with reports and feedback
A strategy focused on Business Development activities
Build long-term relationships with new customers
Focus on repeat business while attracting new clients
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Target driven profile, must achieve personal and team targets
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Operations Management to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Exceptional Communication skills for facilitating interdepartmental collaboration and client engagement
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to manage and allocate resources effectively
- A solid background in Sales and business development to drive revenue growth
- Prior experience in technology or IT consulting industries is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
