About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken candidate who can manage enquiries, client communication, follow-ups, and coordination from project finalization to delivery.
This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to handle clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries (Calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn & Website)
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
Send quotations and proposals to clients
Coordinate between clients and internal team
Ensure smooth project execution from finalization to delivery
Maintain lead and client database
Provide regular updates to management
Required Skills
Excellent English communication (Mandatory)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Basic understanding of IT / Website / Digital services (Preferred)
Smart, confident & presentable personality
Strong follow-up and convincing skills
