Overview:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly driven individual to join our core team in a Business Development and Operations role. This role is ideal for someone who may not have extensive experience but is sharp, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities across sales, admin, client coordination, and day-to-day operations.
The person will support business development efforts for Indian clients, manage client and candidate coordination, assist with internal operations, and help ensure smooth execution across different functions. The role may also involve client visits, meetings, and on-ground coordination where required. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for handling the Gurugram office from an admin and operations perspective, ensuring that office-related tasks, coordination, and daily requirements are managed smoothly.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, think independently, solve problems quickly, and work closely with the leadership team to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support business development and sales outreach activities, especially for domestic clients.
- Identify potential clients, leads, and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, vendors, and internal team members.
- Attend client meetings or client visits when required.
- Manage day-to-day admin and operations for the Gurugram office.
- Assist with documentation, follow-ups, scheduling, office coordination, and operational tasks.
- Support hiring, onboarding, HR coordination, and basic compliance-related work where required.
- Track ongoing work, maintain records, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Work directly with the core team and contribute ideas to improve processes, sales, operations, and company growth.
- Handle multiple responsibilities across BD, admin, and operations with ownership and accountability.
Requirements:
- Prior experience of 1–5 years in BD, admin, operations, recruitment, or client coordination is preferred.
- Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with domestic client BD, sales conversations, and follow-ups.
- Ability to multitask and manage different responsibilities at the same time.
- Willingness to attend client meetings or visits when required.
- Comfortable handling office admin, coordination, and operational execution.
- Highly organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
- Energetic mindset with a strong desire to grow with the company.
- Prior experience in BD, admin, operations, recruitment, or client coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
