Are you a proactive individual who loves technology and communicating with people? We are looking for a versatile Business Development & Operations Associate to join our growing team at QwikCA.in.

• This is a unique role that combines client interaction, content creation, and product testing. We will provide full guidance, but we need your energy and voice to help us scale!

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Demos: Conduct live product demonstrations for potential clients, explaining how QwikCA can transform their practice.
• Lead Management: Proactively call leads to introduce our software and schedule follow-up meetings.
• Content Creation: Create engaging walk-through videos of our software. You will be responsible for the voiceover and screen recording (guidance provided).
• Product Testing (QA) Easy task: Actively use the software to create users, assign tasks, and explore new features. Identify and report any bugs to the technical team to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Multilingual Communication: Use your fluency in English and Hindi to connect with a diverse range of Chartered Accountants across India.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• Comfortable being "the voice" of our product videos.
• A "can-do" attitude with the ability to learn software features quickly.
• Basic understanding of how web applications work (for testing purposes).
• Persistent and professional when handling client calls.

Compensation & Growth

We believe in rewarding hard work and growth. This role starts with a probationary period to ensure a mutual fit.

• Probationary Period (First 3 Months): ₹10,000 per month.
• Full-Time Conversion: Upon successful completion of probation, salary increases to ₹15,000 per month.
• Future Prospects: High potential for salary increments and performance-based bonuses as you help the company grow.
