We are looking for a multi-talented individual to join our wave and help us manage our growing client base.
The RoleWe are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative professional to handle the "triple threat" of our operations: Client Relationship Management, Email Marketing, and Corporate Gifting Logistics. You will be the bridge between our premium products and our valued corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing inquiries from initial outreach to final delivery.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and showcase our latest gifting catalogs to HR managers and CXOs.
- Gifting Operations: Assist in the curation, sourcing, and quality control of premium gift hampers (ensuring every box meets the Brandwave standard).
- Business Development: Identify new B2B opportunities and help draft professional proposals and RFPs.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our partners (and associates like Bhuvek) to ensure timely delivery of samples and bulk orders.
What We’re Looking For- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication (you’ll be representing the brand to high-level executives).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in email marketing tools (like Mailchimp or HubSpot) and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
- Attention to Detail: A "minimalist yet premium" aesthetic sense that aligns with our brand identity.
- Problem Solver: Someone who can think on their feet when a logistics challenge arises.
- Background: Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is a plus. Knowledge of AI tools or Data Analytics is a bonus!
