Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for the role of Business Development & Operation Manager. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, analyzing business processes for efficiency, creating and implementing strategies to optimize productivity, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing and managing budgets, and driving sales performance. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of operations while meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and strong Analytical Skills to optimize processes and improve efficiencies
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning for resource allocation and cost management
- Sales experience with a proven ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills to manage teams and projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in the recycling, waste management, or sustainability sectors is a plus
