We Are Hiring – Business Development Officer
Position: Business Development Officer
Industry: Civil Management Consultancy
Location: Nagpur
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in BE-Civil/Mech. (BE with MBA Marketing is added advantage)
Experience: 2–10 Years in Business Development (Preferably from Construction/PMC/Manufacturing/EPC Background)
Salary - No bar for right candidate
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (Govt./Private clients)
- Coordinate with clients for project requirements and follow-ups
- Prepare business proposals and presentations
- Support company growth through strategic planning and market research
- Achieve sales and business targets
Requirements:- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of the civil/construction industry will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
