Prospect, Qualify, and Develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads globally through LinkedIn, Emails, Calls, and other sources. Consistently meet and exceed Demand Generation quotas to create an optimal sales pipeline.
- Cold Calling potential customers.
- Field Visit at customer’s place/office/shop/clinic based on the need arise.
- Create custom proposals/concept pitches working with the operations team.
- Handle customer communications, and software product-related conversations & queries.
- Independently negotiate & close deals, maintain relationships with clients & address their needs effectively.
- Manage contracts, sales follow-up, invoices & payments follow-up.
- Nurture all marketing qualified leads in your pipeline with high-quality follow-ups.
- Identify insights & pain points from conversations with prospects and contribute to the product roadmap by providing active feedback to the product team
Manage daily operations of the assigned coworking space independently
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all areas — including coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Serve as the face of the brand at reception, welcoming members and visitors professionally
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and support tickets promptly and effectively
- Drive sales and occupancy by giving tours to prospects and assisting with onboarding
- Perform cold calling and lead follow-ups to generate new sales opportunities
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle — from inquiry, tour, follow-up, and negotiation to deal closure
- Join daily morning and evening meetings with the Sales Head/Management team for reporting and planning
- Oversee invoice generation and payment follow-ups for all members in the assigned space
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, staff, and external service providers
- Execute daily tasks and special requests from management to ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and basic equipment
- Always Ensure a professional appearance (formal attire, suit as needed) to uphold Creware’s brand image
- Be solely responsible for the complete operations and sales ownership of the coworking space
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations, front office, sales, or facility management (coworking experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals independently
- Comfortable making cold calls and following structured sales processes
- Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders (members, staff, vendors) effectively
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, WhatsApp, CRM dashboards, and invoicing systems
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
- Presentable, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Passion for networking, event planning, and fostering a strong professional community.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to create a positive coworking environment.
- Prior experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or sales is a plus
