Woson Globe is hiring Business Development Officer (B2B / B2C – Dental Equipment) for its Indian Subsidiary Woson India.
Location: Delhi / Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Kolkata
Role Description
This is a full-time role, The Business Development Office will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, building relationships with dentists, dental institutions, dealers, and corporate chains, and promoting WOSON India's portfolio of dental equipment, identify new business opportunities, generate business and build a strong sales pipeline. The role involves lead generation, product presentations, demonstrations, customer relationship management, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
· Build relationships with Dental clinics, multi-specialty hospitals, Dental colleges, Dealers and distributors.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital channels. Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
· Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for WOSON products.
· Explain product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
· Assist in product launches and promotional campaigns.
· Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
· Representing various Trade Exhibitions
· Maintain accurate records of Sales Leads, Customer interactions, Sales pipeline, Product demonstrations, Follow-ups, Prepare weekly and monthly business reports.
Qualifications
.Education: Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS), with strong B2B / B2C sales experience in dental equipment.
Experience
· 2 -5 years in Clinical and Non-Clinical roles.
· Freshers with bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS) and excellent communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
