Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who can build and
execute revenue pipelines across B2B and B2C segments within the health and wellness
industry. This role requires hands-on execution, structured follow-ups, and strong ownership
from lead generation to closure support.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Create and manage separate sales pipelines for B2B and B2C segments within the
health industry.
Build recurring revenue pipelines across different WellnessZ products and offerings.
Execute cold calling, BDR meetings, demos, and physical meetings when required to
close revenue.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them systematically through the pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and high-value prospects.
Represent WellnessZ professionally during client meetings, industry events, and external
interactions.
Understand client needs and align WellnessZ solutions accordingly.
Process & Performance Improvement
Continuously refine sales scripts, pitch decks, and objection-handling strategies.
Create, maintain, and optimize a structured sales process and CRM pipeline.
Track and analyze key metrics such as lead quality, sales cycle duration, and conversion
rates to identify bottlenecks.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines, ethical standards, and sales compliance
norms.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
Share fortnightly sales reports with the founder containing clear insights and action
points.
Coordinate closely with Tech, Operations, and Customer Success teams for smooth
client onboarding and delivery.
Communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve product positioning and
processes.
Support onboarding and training of new sales team members when required.Personal Growth & Development
Continuously upskill in sales strategy, communication, and negotiation.
Actively work on improving personal productivity, discipline, and execution quality.
Develop a strong understanding of the health-tech ecosystem and WellnessZ offerings.
Requirements
2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (health, SaaS, or
services preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience working with CRMs and structured sales pipelines.
Comfortable with cold calling, demos, and in-person meetings.
High ownership, discipline, and result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work from office (Noida).
What We Offer
Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience).
