Key Job Roles
Identify and approach potential customers (individuals, SMEs, traders, corporates)
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking
Convert leads into active CASA account holders
Visit local markets, offices, and business hubs
Promote bank products like savings accounts, current accounts, debit cards, etc.
Conduct small promotional activities or campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Cross-sell other banking products (loans, insurance, fixed deposits)
Meet monthly/quarterly CASA account opening targets
Maintain minimum balance requirements in accounts
Focus on high-value accounts (especially for current accounts)
Collect and verify KYC documents
Ensure accounts are opened as per banking norms and regulations
Coordinate with branch staff for smooth onboarding
Skills Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Sales and negotiation ability
Basic banking/product knowledge
Fieldwork readiness (this is usually not a desk job)
Customer handling skills
