Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Business Development Officer. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic plans, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves coordinating with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to financial planning and decision-making processes to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development to identify and drive new opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and strategic decision making
- Understanding of Finance with the ability to support company growth initiatives
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relations effectively
- Proficiency in building strategic collaborations and partnerships
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in biotechnology, genomics, or related industries is a plus
