Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer, based in Surat. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the financial planning and budgeting process. The role also includes facilitating communications with prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth of the organization through strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in New Business Development and formulating effective strategies to expand client base
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Finance for market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent Communication skills for building client relationships and presenting effectively
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of the EHS or construction industry is a plus
