Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Varanasi. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying revenue growth strategies. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, improving customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, interpret data, and inform strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of Finance to support the creation of budgetary recommendations and financial planning.
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a related industry, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
