Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Mumbai. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to uncover opportunities, delivering engaging presentations to prospective clients, and building strong communication pathways with stakeholders to promote Learning Routes' programs effectively. The role involves direct collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and crafting engaging Presentations.
- Experience with Lead Generation and conducting in-depth Market Research.
- Strong Communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and a team-oriented ecosystem.
- Proven aptitude for problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.
