Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Pitch Eployrs platform to HRs, recruiters, startups, and enterprises
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable solutions from Eployrs
- Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams for feedback and improvements
- Maintain CRM records of all leads, conversations, and deals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of HRTech, recruitment, or SaaS products
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales
- Knowledge of hiring processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Exposure to startup ecosystem
