Key Responsibilities- Identify potential clients for ERP, Attendance Management, and Canteen Management solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and digital platforms
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with the technical team for solution demonstrations and implementation planning
- Develop relationships with HR, Administration, IT, Hospitality, and Facility Management departments
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and follow up on leads until closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements
Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
Required Skills- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain software and technology solutions to business users
- Experience in B2B sales
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines
- Basic understanding of ERP or enterprise software solutions
Experience- 1–4 years experience in IT / Software Sales / Business Development
