Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to establish and grow new business units
- Lead client acquisition, onboarding, and long-term relationship management
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new verticals and service lines
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with our delivery capabilities
- Track pipeline progress, revenue targets, and business growth metrics
Key Skills Required:
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Experience or strong interest in B2B sales and business development
- Self-motivated with a builder's mindset and goal-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
