Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer / Marketing Executive based in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, client acquisition, industrial visits, and generating new business opportunities for the company’s packaging products including Stretch Films, Shrink Films, Lamination Films, and other packaging materials.
The role requires a highly energetic, confident, and fast-speaking individual who can effectively approach industries, logistics companies, warehouses, factories, supermarkets, and commercial businesses to promote products and secure orders.
Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, explaining product benefits, identifying packaging requirements, building strong customer relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new clients and business opportunities through field marketing
- Visit industries, logistics companies, warehouses, factories & commercial businesses
- Promote and market Stretch Films, Shrink Films, Lamination Films & packaging products
- Build strong customer relationships and convert leads into orders
- Understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and identify potential business areas
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for repeat business
Qualifications & Skills- Strong communication, marketing, and convincing skills
- Fast speaking, confident, bold, and energetic personality
- Ability to approach and convert new clients effectively
- Good understanding of sales and field marketing
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of packaging products or industrial marketing is an advantage
- Experience in sales, field marketing, or business development preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates
