Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer, based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, building strong client relationships, and supporting financial decision-making. This role will also involve working closely with internal teams to align customer needs with company offerings, fostering growth through effective communication and customer service initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills to assess market trends and create data-driven strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills for client relationship management and team collaboration
- Experience in Customer Service to deliver high standards of satisfaction and address client needs effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in using business development tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
