Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise and mid-market opportunities across priority industries including healthcare, financial services, and government organizations.
- Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery through proposal, commercial negotiation, and close.
- Position ALFO, ComplyVision, and related offerings around workflow automation, compliance management, document control, and operational efficiency.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of direct prospects, partner-sourced opportunities, and Microsoft-influenced deals.
- Expand our presence in international and overseas markets through strategic customer and partner engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and reporting on pipeline progression and revenue performance.
- Provide market feedback regarding customer needs, competitive landscape, regulatory drivers, and localization requirements.
Microsoft Alliance & Marketplace Strategy
- Own and execute our Microsoft alliance strategy across Azure, AppSource, Azure Marketplace, and Microsoft co-sell programs.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft field sellers, partner managers, and industry account teams.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives aligned with Microsoft priorities and industry solutions.
- Manage Azure Marketplace and AppSource readiness, listing optimization, and marketplace growth initiatives.
- Identify and advance co-sell opportunities in collaboration with Microsoft and partner ecosystem stakeholders.
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives including webinars, events, campaigns, executive briefings, and partner enablement programs.
- Track alliance performance metrics including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, active co-sell opportunities, and marketplace performance.
Channel & Partner Ecosystem Development
- Develop relationships with system integrators, consultants, implementation partners, and regional resellers to expand delivery and market access.
- Align partner strategy with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Support partner enablement and ensure our solutions are effectively positioned within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS business development, sales, Microsoft alliance management, cloud partnerships, or ecosystem growth roles.
- Proven success selling software solutions tied to workflow automation, compliance, document management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft partner programs, Microsoft field teams, or Azure ecosystem go-to-market motions.
- Strong understanding of Azure Marketplace, AppSource, Partner Center, and Microsoft co-sell execution models.
- Experience engaging executive and technical stakeholders across complex enterprise buying groups.
- Ability to manage both strategic partnerships and direct revenue responsibilities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
