The Role We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time role based in major Metro cities. In this position, you will be the driving force behind identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients—such as premium hospitality partners and housekeeping executives—and implementing strategic plans to accelerate revenue growth.
You will take ownership of market analysis, partnership development, and crafting compelling sales proposals, working closely with our internal teams to expand PRISTAL's market presence and strengthen client engagement.
What You Bring to the Table
- Industry Advantage: Relevant experience in the laundry industry (especially B2B laundry chemicals) is a strong plus!
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in business development, sales, and high-level client relationship management.
- Strategic Vision: Strong skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and executing growth initiatives.
- Communication Pro: Demonstrated ability in negotiation, presentation, and pitching to key stakeholders.
- Networker: Proven experience in networking and building long-lasting industry partnerships.
- Results-Driven: A consistent history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
