We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager / Sr. Business Development Manager – Wellness to accelerate our growth in the wellness segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales closures, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and connect with potential clients to build a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Research target organizations to identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships.
- Schedule and manage meetings with senior stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create strong sales pitches, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Understand client requirements and position wellness solutions accordingly.
- Handle objections effectively and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Wellness industry).
- Exposure to the Healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, passion, and strong drive to achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Team player with a startup mindset and willingness to learn
