Job Summary
Iglaps Technologies� is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for IT Sales to generate business opportunities from international markets such as the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate should have expertise in international IT sales, email marketing, lead generation, client communication, and closing projects related to websites, mobile applications, and SEO services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business opportunities for IT projects from international markets.
Handle email marketing campaigns and generate quality leads.
Interact with international clients and understand project requirements.
Close deals for Website Development, Mobile Applications, SEO, and Digital Marketing projects.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong communication with prospects.
Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding and execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in international IT sales and business development.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and services.
Familiarity with technologies such as:
Android
iOS
PHP
Java
WordPress
Shopify
Magento
Laravel
Flutter
React
Experience in email writing, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong account management and client-handling skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
Relevant experience in IT project sales/business development is mandatory.

Strong convincing and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a remote setup and international shift timings.
